I am so, so thankful to have incredibly gifted, intuitive and generous people in my life. Slowly but surely, my poor pelvis is finding harmony again, with a little of Shady's gentle coaxing. I've moved from twice weekly to fortnightly adjustments! I MUST be improving *laugh*
