Rainy and wet.
Perfect weather for afternoon snuggling indoors with warming red wine, smooth and spicy pizza and utterly joyous company. We caught up with two fabulous women, their partners and children, today for lunch. It's been waaaaay too long between embraces with these sweet souls, so today was an absolute treat for me. By the time the wine was consumed and the children were collected from their play in the rain, three hours had passed! I love afternoons like these!
We watched the film "Pay it Forward" tonight.
Such a wonderful reminder that good deeds stretch further and become more powerful in ripple effect when they are 'paid forward' rather than reciprocated. Such a fantastic philosophy. And if you believe as I believe, that every deed you do - be it wonderful or destructive - will be reaped three fold.... imagine the karma due to you when you pay forward magnificent deeds to three people!
Life becomes a pleasure fest!
